So I thought Recker did a good enough job in the booth. The 'back when I was playing' stuff would get old really quick but as an occasional sub he did just fine. GKR's absences are travel-quarantine-so-ready-to-go come regular season, i presume?

I'm sure he's nice, but but he's been the least objective Mets media personality for like twenty-five years. Mets could be on ten game losing streak and he's like, 'ya know, there was some flash there a few games back that needs to resurface itself.'
