Edgy MD Site Manager Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Congratulations to Rafael Montero. Here's hoping your success proves to be more enduring than Alay Soler's.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 This says it all about the season, doesn't it....But great work as always BG!
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2017 Posted September 16, 2017 Cespedes I've practically forgotten about.Montero I had all but forgotten about.Robles I'd like to forget about.Nimmo struggles to be memorable.Yup, August 2017. That's them.Love the fresh cards, Grimm. Two 1977s seem apropos.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted September 16, 2017 Author Posted September 16, 2017 2017 is a lot like 1977 isn't it? Long-time players leaving, a very different team in September than in April, and many more losses than we had anticipated.I certainly hope 2018 and 2019 turn out better than 1978 and 1979 did.
