Speculation is that he's the dildo boy. But another thought is that he did his last start hung over. You can be sure we'll know within 90 minutes.

I first just saw a HARVEY SUSPENDED banner on the crawl as I flicked past ESPN.
Being ESPN they weren't actually talking about it of course (there are meaningless basketball games to analyze ad nauseum) but there it was and my immediate reaction was either PEDs or JCL's
long-predicted cocaine bust come true, and once you've got those options in your head the details of this one actually qualify as good news.

I'd hate to think that the team would get this upset about a dildo strategically placed in Plawecki's locker -- like there's a sports locker room without something not suitable for public viewing
floating around somewhere!! -- if that's what it indeed turns out to be. On the other hand I haven't got any other guesses.

If it's about the dildo this is an extreme overreaction. If he did the dildo thing they should fine him $1,000 and have him make a public apology. Nothing more than that.

I expect it's something else. But I have no idea what that something else may be.

That was my guess (only a guess). That was really his "heavy workout" so he wasn't ready to start when needed.

That was my thought when reading the first posts in this thread. And Ellis tossed a no hitter while tripping on LSD.
It reminds me of the famous comment when a woman told President Lincoln that General Grant drank!(alcohol) Lincoln said that he wanted to find out what Grant drank and send a case of it to his other Generals.
If Harvey showed up in the clubhouse before today's game totally blasted, I'd wait to see how well he pitches (a la Ellis) and then reprimand him.
