A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 I thought we mighta re-signed Nick Evans for a minute there.
Chad ochoseis Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 That ground rule double looked like it was going to be an easy pop fly. Some wind definitely blowing today.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Anyone streaming this on MLB.tv? It's so crappy today. I'm getting 92mbps down, so it's def not bandwidth. Super choppy on a Macbook Pro w/ Firefox or Safari as well as a Chromebook. Currently watching on my phone like an idiot.

Ps - i like the plain, white lettering on the spring uni's. Definitely looks more like a practice jersey.

Houston's radio guy is rather monotonous. which is fine as it's background noise right now I guess.

Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 sounds like Wright drove the ball via the radio.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Looks like Familia had a rough inning, couple hits, stolen bases and a run.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 I can report with accuracy that Gorzelanny looks like dog shit.
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Gorgonzolani is stinkin' up PStL...
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 I read where he was experimenting with a drop-down delivery
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Yepp, pretty side-armed now. Gary mentioned another lefty, Zach Duke i think, who tried the same and had success. He's walked 3, threw a wild pitch that caromed directly back to home plate otherwise a run woulda scored. Now some kid just punched a single to right. U-G-L-Y.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Presumably the worst February performance in club history, but Gorzelanny benefits from it not even being March yet.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 The key to overcoming kinky days by journeymen relievers? Score nine runs per game.Glad to see Cabrera and Flores get their licks in, and Wright get his first hit in an age.
Guest Mets Willets Point Guests Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 I saw Conlon listed as starter but misread it at as Colon and had a moment of weepy nostalgia.
Zach Thornton Syracuse Mets - AAA LHP On Sunday, the southpaw tossed five shutout innings as the bulk pitcher. He gave up 2 hits, walked 2 and had 5 strikeouts. Explore Zach Thornton News >
