Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 And now suddenly it seems like things have taken a turn for the better, that he's now looking forward to getting out of the hospital and "should be back fishing soon" says son Todd.Reading what was being written about him this morning and about Carrie Fisher last night sounded in each case like an obituary that merely needed the time of death filled in to be complete.Now both seem, if not out of the woods, then at least not in immediate danger.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted January 8, 2017 Author Posted January 8, 2017 Mel is back home with his family, who have reported that his recent health scare was due to a bad reaction to his chemo treatments, and not so much his cancer itself.Suck it, 2016. And 2017 too.
