Edgy MD Site Manager Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 QUEENS FOR A DAY is just goofy copywriting. I mean, they're dudes, and they're not dressing up in lady's clothing, either. Yeah, they play in Queens, but they play there EVERY day. At least, every day there's a home game. But the game this story is describing was on the road. So it's all bad.Puns, I must confess, aren't inherently bad. Desperately forced puns that don't actually describe what they purport to describe are bad.But I voted for that one, because the composition of that layout is award-winning stuff. Congratulations to the staffer(s) who laid out that bad boy.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted November 6, 2015 Posted November 6, 2015 Queens for a day was a little force, but okay except for the allusion it was _only_ for a day.Joy in Metville. The others mostly sucked.
