Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 Well, pen did good. We can take that from this. And I'm finally sold on Valdespin. Thought of him as trade bait. Keep the man who is the man.

Guest The Second Spitter Guests Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 Yeah, pretty sure Santana's hurt, and I feel his heroics on that fateful day may be very costly. Sorry I'm the Bizarro Ceetar.

Keep the man who is the man.4/22 as a pinch hitter, like a .305 OBP still. not good. small sample size, ride the fun while it lasts.pen pitched to a 1.5 ERA today, theirs sucked (And we outpitched the Nats pen too, which is continuing to suck..) but it was that one extra run that they squeaked in off Ramirez despite what looked like a bad call on the SB? for Ramirez's first earned run in a long time that cost them the game.*sigh*that sucked.and it took freaking forever, was raining half the time and BLAH.

I don't think so.There's a theory that one-run losses are the product of bad luck and luck should even out over time. That's just a theory, I'm not Elias.
