Reed Johnson must be removed from the premises at once.

Feel free to have him relocated to the home clubhouse and fitted for some cream colored pinstripes in time for tomorrow's game.

Purchase his contract RIGHT NOW if just to keep him out of this game. Send him back to the Cubs if they still want him Sunday night.

good to keep it to 1 early, hopefully that means Santana will correct via the 'ole "Get the Ace early" mantra and give up no more.

Much better second inning for Santana. Time to get gothic on Wood, I grant you.

Turner justifies Collins' faith by pushing a 38-hopper toward second that Baker plays like it's a live ferret. Single, the scorer says.

Reed Johnson further validates G-Fafif's dispatch orders with a booming double to left.

Santana recovers nicely with 3 Ks and strands him.

Nice rip by Cedeno and nice base running by Tejada. We got the lead.

WOW. What a catch by Valbuena to end the inning. Awsome Brooks like diving snag.

Hubie?

Anyhoo, it's almost instantly 1st and 3rd, none out for the Cubbies.

Nice patience by Nooey to clear Santana.

on that cutoff Turner lost the out, was anyone covering first? Cedeno was just hanging out near second, Santana presumably was backing up the plate..Turner cut it off..

Not that the runner looked like he was going to about face if Turner flipped it to Tejada, but..

If only someone had warned us about the dangers of playing Turner at first base.....

that didn't really cost us anything though, excepting the one out that they got out of that inning anyway.
