Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Doubling up now.Like Seaver he was once a Goldpanner. How Terrific can Schwinny be in 2012?
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I think the righty starter will spend most of the year at AAA.When with the big club, he'll be 2-3, with a 4.37 ERA in 31 IP, 24K, 11 BB.Later
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Yeah his best shot is how little depth we have. But his moment will likely come earlier in the season than later, as (hopefully) prospects with a little ore ability pass him on the way up.7 games, 5 starts, 29.1 innings, 4.70 ERA
smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 Schwinden is the guy we don't want to see. And I'll be an optimist and say we don't see him until September.
Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I agree with Johnny; if we don't see him in April or May we're probably not likely to see him until September, at least for any continuous stretch. My prediction: A full season at Buffalo, and two spot starts for the Mets.
