Reyes was 0-3 in innings 1-8, and 3-3 from inning 9 onward.

Who do you go to for the bottom of the inning? Carrasco? Herrera? Schwinden? Herrera? Stinson?

Eh, 1st & 3rd/one-out you want some contact there.
Tejada had a nice AB going until he got caught staring at the slider.

Turner's spot is cleared, so I guess he comes out in the bottom of the inning after all.

By the way, pinch-running a pitcher for Cameron... what was that about?

What a night!

On the postgame show on SNY, they mentioned it was only the third time a Mets player had three tie-breaking hits in the same game. I was too tired to remember the other two.

If I had to guess, at least one occured in late 2007. That September was full of the Mets creating a ton of blown save opportunities

Adam Rubin had the others:

NICK'S HITTING KNACK: Nick Evans -- who had the tiebreaking RBI in the 12th -- became the third player in team history to produce the go-ahead RBI three times in a game, joining Mike Piazza (2001) and Jason Phillips (2003).
