eh. it was okay. watched it just before I saw the Avengers last week. Just seemed flat and uncompelling.

May have been my least favorite of the bunch.

Congrats, Ceetar, you are now officially my own personal Rex Reed... a perfect reverse barometer for movies, sports, everything. You are my true north, and i can always gauge how straight my course is by how diametrically it opposes yours. Thank you. A guiding star is a valuable thing to have in one's life.

well i went in assuming It wasn't very good because you seemed to think it was awesome.

if there's one I'd put below Captain America, it'd be that one, but I saw it a while ago now so absense may make the heart grow fonder.

Holy hell, fella-- you preferred Iron Man 2? (If so, I'm pretty sure its makers and makers' mothers disagree with you.)

World's Fair and Scarlett Johansson notwithstanding, Iron Man 2 might just be in the 5-10th percentile of movies featuring a sarcastic Robert Downey.

It's, like, 80 minutes of really expensive expository for ANOTHER movie, with, like, one REALLY good action sequence and about 20-30 percent of the funny of the original.

and that's still better than Captain America.

Iron Man 2: I know who he's fighting, why the bad guy is angry, what's the source of his power. When he made a decision in the course of battle, I knew why. Made it more coherent than most of the rest of these.

The scope of a lot of these just gobbles coherence up.
