The way both hurlers keep putting on, then stranding various crew members, we're bound for at least a three-hour tour.

And (while we're on TV analogies) I think in order to hit Lilly we need a bat the size of the one Eddie carried.

I don't have the numbers, but they tend to hit guys better as they get through a third time through the order so...let's get this party started or something.

These Dodgers suck.

Back home after a week in NY and I miss the dopey ass SNY ads and updates from the studio. Quality on mlb.com is great but the empty spaces between half innings are quite boring (though, I'm sure they'd be more appreciated if I was watching any other team's broadcast).

Dodgers not quite as sharp tonight as the Mets.

Do that on the audio too. You just get the crowd noise. Surprised MLB doesn't have an advertising deal specifically for that space.

I wonder if they brought the douchebag neighbors.

Thank you, James Loney, for setting up that homer.

Yeah, these Dodgers look like their record, but some credit to the Mets also.

It's about time The Big Glass of Water is pitching inside with authority. Nothing like the other team's hitters being uncomfortable at the plate.

Sure, but hitting Miles (who won't take you out of the park) w/2 outs while you're ahead in the count and with Kemp sitting on deck isn't a good move.
Pitching inside is great - but if you can't control it then 'Great' just left the building.

Yeah dumb to hit Miles and get this all started.

I look at it this way: Think of all the healing Jos Reyes has done during this inning.

Pagan's glove (and wheels) may have been more valuable than Beltran's bat thus far in this game.

well, breeze through the bottom of the order in the 6th, clock out with a QS shutout, let Beato to K-Rod close it out.

Meanwhile, if you're that guy at the casino hotel who locks himself out in his bathrobe and you have that girl in the purple dress outside your door ... would the lack of a key really prevent you from getting back in?
I'd knock that fuckin' thing down my fist.

We might have ourselves a hitter here in left field.

Is that Mary Hart behind home plate, to the viewer right?
