We should put a railing up where he fell.

I think the team misses Wright the most.

I think I miss Johan the most.

It should be noted that it's a 7:05 start. If you wait until 7:10 you'll have missed a Jose Reyes AB.

I do that all the time with out of town games, miss the first few ABs because I'm conditioned to turn the TV on at 7:10.
The pre-game stuff is just an excuse to get an extra 5 minutes of commercials in.

No, really. Who's playing DH tonight

I'll be happy to catch 'em by the toe.

And yeah, seeing that DH spot really pushes the "must trust Terry" mantra to the limit. If anything, I'd put him in right and move Beltran to DH.

And batting second!

Is there some new rule I haven't heard about that says you can't use a DH to generate offense?

Mets scored 14 runs last time Harris was batting second at DH. Maybe that's the ticket.

Yeah, but the misconception of Harris as totally worthless is more fun.

Well, maybe not as much fun as scoring 14 runs...

Back to back doubles from Muffy and Angel give the Mets a 2-0 lead!

Well, he hit that one pretty hard. just..too level. Might want to elevate some of those sometimes, you know, like a power hitter.

Do you feel it? There are monkeys and there are monkeys. That was the Planet of the Apes coming off the Mets' back.

Well, THAT was unexpected.
