Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 It should be noted that it's a 7:05 start. If you wait until 7:10 you'll have missed a Jose Reyes AB.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Detroit: Five minutes ahead of the curve.

If you wait until 7:10 you'll have missed a Jose Reyes AB.I do that all the time with out of town games, miss the first few ABs because I'm conditioned to turn the TV on at 7:10.The pre-game stuff is just an excuse to get an extra 5 minutes of commercials in.

G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Is there some new rule I haven't heard about that says you can't use a DH to generate offense?
Guest sharpie Guests Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Mets scored 14 runs last time Harris was batting second at DH. Maybe that's the ticket.
