metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 with your hostsI was offered Ben Francisco for Adam LaRoche , surely two of the worst everyday players in all of baseball, considering I have Prince at 1st and Laynce fucking Nix ,Chris Denorfia and Ryan Spilborghs as a starting full time outfield I will be accepting.

Vic Sage Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 yeah, LaRoche is a 2nd-half hitter, and Francisco will lose time when Dominic comes up. bad deal.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2011 Author Posted May 9, 2011 this is why I am always near the bottom of the league.
nymr83 Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I'm looking to trade a lower end OFer (Francisco or McLouth most likely) for a similiar infielder, just to make my positions work better. if irish has changed his mind on that deal i'll accept offers
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 Would, say, Jose Lopez or a surprisingly-virile Dobbs tickle your fancy?(Or, hell, given another day or three, an infield-eligible Willie F. Harris?)
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted June 10, 2011 Posted June 10, 2011 Sure, I'll take Jason Bay for Cody Ross. Bay's polite Canadianness gives my bench a friendlier attitude.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 In a different league, was Offered Michael Cuddyer or Carlos Pena and JJ Hardy or Asdrubal Cabrera for Reyes. Can't. Practice what I preach. Reyes Will. Not. Be. Traded.besides which, in this points league he's 9 points ahead of Matt Kemp who's second and 35 ahead of Adrian Gonzalez who is third.
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted July 4, 2011 Posted July 4, 2011 I have Reyes here and am replacing himwith Alex Cora this week. Kinda funny. Will trade speed and average for power.
