They got three strong innings from Carrasco, which is encouraging after he had a couple of shaky outings.

And now two strong innings from Izzy. I'm beginning to think his spot is safe.

Ollie has a decent inning as well. Still 1-0, mid 6th.

A blast from David. 3-0 Mets in the 6th off Jair J. Some good things so far (other than bad base running from Jose).

3-0 is the final. It's hard to complain when everybody pitched well. Bonser pitched the 7th and 8th, and Byrdak finished it.

walked the righty on 4 easy quick pitches. I suspect that was intentional. spiked the ball after getting a soft popup to himself to end the inning. Had a "screw you, Igot 'em all out!" and jumped the line.
