Staring at SNY logo in HDTV and getting transistor radio quality
sound kinda makes it easier to think about going to sleep. They
can't show the Arizona feed up here on MLB unfortunately.

They will probly pull the plug mid game.
Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

We loaded the bases in the first and then Davis and Bay K? Oyvay!

They're not supposed to show it down here either.

But it's on anyway.

I get "channel not available" ... not that I was gonna stay
and watch all night anyways. And fairy, you have to live far
enough away not to be under the blackout umbrella no?

We have the blackout umbrella for both NYC and Philly.

But nobody's minding the store tonight, I guess.

More importantly (to me), I wonder if Fast Forward will have
the game tomorrow morning. I mean, the cameras are probably
working it's more likely just some stupid satellite or distribution
problem. Nigh nigh ...

It was a hard hit ball, not quite in the hole and took a nice healthy bounce his way. He gloved it but it spun out and behind him.
It may have taken a little higher bounce up than was normal, or anticipated, but not badly and if it did he had time to adjust.

Zvon is the Bob Murphy of CPF.

(I was among the unfortunate souls who saw it).

The picture is back.

Thank goodness, because the Arizona announcers were talking about everything other than the game.

Although they're probably talking about Upton's home run right now....

Wow. I think that's the most flattering thing ever said about me here.
To me, anyways.
I
am
not
worthy
compared
to Murph

YOW.
Upton goes yard on R.A.

Another K for Cy Enright...

Thing-I-Hate-About-Wayne of the Night:

His vocal tone lies. His voice climbs quicker than Sterling's-- okay, as quick as Sterling's-- the moment a ball gets to the outfield; about a third of the balls on which he gets the "it might be gone" rise in intonation even reach the warning track. Coupled with his lagging about ten seconds behind the play, it makes following the game in anything close to real time exasperating.

Howie might be a little tougher to take than he used to be, but at least his tone don't lie.

Our drives, like Beltran's there, looked good off the bat but then it dropped like a ten ton weight.

Their drives don't.

Wassup widdat?

7 Ks for Enright already?
All the sudden every pitcher we face is an ace.

The Mets have never seen him before. Ergo... this should be no f*cking shocker.

If we don't get our shit together on the road the hill we will have to climb becomes a freakin mountain.

Ron says he does not think Carlos will ever again have a second gear like he used to :(
