ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 After last nights laugher I hope this doesn't turn out to be a white knuckler.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 Middling seasonal numbers aside, Bonderman's a much better pitcher than he was as a flamethrowing prospect 4 or 5 years ago, and he has put together a VERY solid last six weeks (2.96 ERA, 1.198 WHIP, 42 K, 11 BB). Take away one terrible start against the Royals, and he's thrown for a 2.02 ERA/1.08 WHIP/4:1 K/BB ratio over the last two months.

Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted June 23, 2010 Posted June 23, 2010 Tiptoeing through some pretty spiky weeds, Dickey is.The defense helps, but... the knuckler hadn't been doing too much jitterbugging until the last couple of hitters.
