The bigger question is why are you still using IE instead of Firefox or Chrome?

Work. our product only works in IE, so there is no reason to have another browser except for goofing off.

Yeah, MicroSoft products. We use Sharepoint and Outlook Web Access at my work but they only function properly in IE which means I had to reinstall IE on my work computer and can't use them at all on my Mac at home.

I wish it was just that. Let's just put it this way.. the product we use to develop it can't comprehend more than 4gigs of storage so that it thinks it's out of memory if it just 4 (or 8, or 12) gigs of space used. the "web help" link gives a 404.

get chrome or firefox, and install ietab.

I have both chrome and firefox (i've been using chrome a lot more now..just seems faster), then installed the ietab extension.

firefox has the same thing.

in the settings, say that any internal url (ie, anything within the http://mycompany.com) should open automatically with ietab. anything else will open with chrome.
