I believe that your Mr. Barajas of Flushing, is actually the overachieving-- in multiple ways-- Mr. Bartlett, of Tampa.

Great, their dates have thrown the worthless prizes in their faces, and stormed off.

I'm not multi-tasking well. I can't believe Jerry started me today.

Met #877 Frank Catalanotto is joined by his lovely wife Barbara as he accepts his award

(Although, the way I'm going, that may be Mr. and Mrs. Junior Felix.)

I'll tell you this much-- this Barajas date didn't get a second chance at the Rod.

That's not a date. That's a Heimlich.

Rod Barajas is "the shit," which we didn't know because "he played in Canada and we don't know what goes on in Canada," according to a helpful rowmate on the Pepsi Porch this afternoon. He also queried rhetorically, "WHERE'S THE INTENSITY?" in reference to the rather relaxed crowd late in the game.

I nominate Ben Grim as the official forum counter of new Mets.(it's get confusing when he has to correct ya'll)

He never invites the Mets to come up and accept along with their dates.

Or the non-Mets, as it were.

Number 878, Jenrry Mejia, too young to bring a date:

So he's joined instead by number 879, Ruben Tejada.
