I was about to sarcastically vote for the Figueroa shutout since it signified the end of the season, but then I saw anniversary of '69 listed and couldn't it pass up. The best play of 2009 was losing oneself in something that occurred forty years earlier.

It's sort of hard to compare a single saving flip with panachae to a game winning homer. One had style, and the other had substance.
