Is this the young girl? , can't see it at work. The Evening News with Brian Williams had a segment on this yesterday and even had a reporter at their house, I was a bit shocked at the coverage it got but it is cool to see a story like this get National attention.

Doofus reporter tried to re-create the moment by handing her a ball and she of course threw it away.

Lunchpail's an astute youngster. He already realizes that if he were to actually get a home run ball, it would likely be by the opposition so he might as well be prepared to throw it back. The Mets hitters have been doing their part to hold down the Wilpon's expenses for new baseballs this season.
