1st and 2d, none out, down by 2, 7th inning... you definitely do not have a decent hitter, perhaps any hitter, give up one of your 3 chances to get in the runners. Another example of bad managing by Jerry.

Particularly when you're bunting into Luis Castillo, the guy voted in his HS yearbook three years running as the boy least likely to score anyone on a Sac Fly and also the least likely to knock in more than one runner even if he does manage a hit.
The only excuse there is wanting to stay out of the GiDP but Pagan batting lefty is one of the lesser candidates to do that anyway.

Like I said earlier, I don't like that move even if it works!
