Mantei is known for two things: Giving up a pretty interesting homer to Todd Pratt, and for going to the Diamondbacks the year before that in three-for-one where Florida got a player to be named later, Vladimir Nunez, and Brad Penny. Abraham Nunez was the PtBNL, but Penny alone seemed to make that a steal at face value.
