My holiday gift from Metsfairy this year is "GourMets: The Mets Family Cookbook" which features some truly yummy sounding stuff that I will no doubt make.

Not sure if I can buy goat meat around here, though Farmer Ted may be able to advise me on that

My son and I had some goat stew during the Taste of Chicago this July 4th. It was actually quite good.

I've had goat stew several times at Caribbean restaurants. Tastes good but too boney.

Soupcan, because of that mean outburst, I will be serving you goat stew if you ever stop by the house. Though I had been saving this piece of squirrel meat for you.

No, some of the ones that really caught my eye include:

Joe Smith's Stuffed Pork Chops
Saul Katz's Pizza
Pedro's Lemon Talapia
David Newhan's Lasagna

Shawn Green's Matzah Ball soup is listed as his clubhouse favorite. My son and I are always joking about that.

I've had stewed goat too, probably in Curacao, and my memory is the same
as Sharpies ... good, but weeding through the bones made it a bit of a chore.
