Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 This insane forum has gone fucked itself, looks like.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Since I'm by myself, here's what's transpired: I hate this game as I have both starters on my 4th place fantasy team. My wife got me a Mets license plate holder for our anniversary but I can't get the dealer one off. Arnold Palmer is at the game... is he drinking his own drink? I got the new Raspberries live CD today--it's fantastic. The Pirates announcers are horrible.
Guest cooby Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 If you have a Raspberries CD, life is worth living. What all's on it?

What all's on it?There are two versions of the reunion show. I got the basic one:http://www.amazon.com/Live-Sunset-Strip-Raspberries/dp/B000FIMHYO/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3/104-0530998-1395967?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1187137382&sr=8-3
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Milledege hustled out a double and scored on a doubnle by DiFelice. But Reyes and Castillo failed to get Castillo in and that pissed me off.Your dealer should pay you for driving around advertising him.Beltran hit the crap out of one to tie it at 2.The Pirates prolly should have 5 or 6 runs already. El Duque is making his own trouble and only getting singe, not burned.

Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Gary Cohen (and Keith, somewhat) bitching about where the press box is at PNC is driving me nuts.As a baseball *fan,* I think it's great that all the seats are lower down than the press box. Hell, that's how it *should* be.
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Yeah. And Adam Rubin showed a photo from it and it looks like a great vantage point.Wish Reyes would stop popping up.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Announcers should never complain about anything... they're being paid to watch the games.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Reyes' nickname is "Popsie" until further notice.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 First and third for Beltran. Yes, I'll take a run-scoring out.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 The Mets get hosed again by a lousy call. Even the Pirates announcers saw it.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Jeez, Jack Wilson's career is a disaster these days. And he's lucky. He not only didn't catch that ball, he was off the bag when it hit his glove.Delgado adds, naturally to the punishment, with a Rusty Staub single.
Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 I've had a really crappy evening... give me something to cheer about!
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Edgy and Valadius: I'm gonna be at RFK Friday and Saturday. You?
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Well, that's the first pitcher I saw bust Alou inside in a while. Got to tip the cap there.

Valadius Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 I've been in NJ all summer, and I'm heading back down to DC in two weeks. So sorry, can't make it this weekend.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Atlanta, Philly are both losing.
Guest Johnny Dickshot Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 MFYs down 11-0, O's still batting in the 6th.

bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Atlanta and Philly, now winning.Too bad we don't have FSN Pittsburgh: Friday night features Jayson Bay on Pirateography, or whatever it's called.
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Been out having dinner and running errands with the family. What's the score? It's rather hard to tell from reading this thread. I'm guessing we're winning, but it's still close. Am I right?
