Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 KC---You were right. I jinxed Cliffy with my KaBoom last week.
Guest OlerudOwned Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Vizquel ain't no spring chicken anymore, and Chavez guns him down at second.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 How about that throw.Good job by Valentin stayin' with the tag also.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Nice throw out by Chavez.Vizquel out by a mile tryin to stretch a hit into two.Floyd woulda had him.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Now thats the time to boooooooo ya birdbums.Bonds grounds out weakly.Giants nuthin-Mets comin to bat.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Just a note-On that groundout by Beltran- you see him slow down the last few steps?A player like Chase Utley would have turned it on those last few.Chavez wouldve---probly even Wright.I dont understand why a player would ever slow down before a putout is made. Only a pitcher should be able to get away with that.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Delgado takes charge of the infield and the Giants go down 1-2-3 in the 2nd.Carlos Dee leads off the 2nd.
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Beltran is unshaven today. Makes him look more like a man and less like a baby.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Aaaall... Right... Now!Bay-buh, its Aaaall... Right... Now!
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Bonds dives but misses, enabling Chavez to turn his fairly weak pop-up to short left into a triple.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 YEAA----Chavez makes Bonds look old.Triples past Barry.Boy, am I glad Chavez is playin today

Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 I had thought that Castro chose "Darth Vader's theme" as his at-bat music. But they just played it for Traxxxx too. Maybe they play it for people who don't have their own selection.
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 I'm sorry. Did Trachs just come to the plate to "Darth Vader's Theme"?

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 wow.Reyes singles and steals second and Matt Morris makes a diving catch on LoDukes sac attempt.Nice catch.
Guest ScarletKnight41 Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Zvon - thanks I prepared that one yesterday, and I was hoping to have a chance to use it today
Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Before the year is over, Reyes is going to try and steal home with Delgado up.

Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Bloop single by Finley that cost him a bat.Nice K by Trax hittin the corner with a beaut of a curve.Single by Frandsen puts runners at the corners. And then Alfonzo grounds into a 5-4-3 DP with a great pivot and throw by Valentin.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 4, 2006 Posted June 4, 2006 Fine infield work by the Giants set the Mets down 1-2-3.Trax has been pitching very economically, pitch wise as well as time wise.
Zach Thornton Syracuse Mets - AAA LHP On Sunday, the southpaw tossed five shutout innings as the bulk pitcher. He gave up 2 hits, walked 2 and had 5 strikeouts. Explore Zach Thornton News >
