Guest ScarletKnight41 Guests Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 NEW YORK (AP) - Major League Baseball is suspending Los Angeles Angels' reliever Brendan Donnelly ten days for having pine tar on his glove during a game this week against the Washington Nationals.Angels' manager Mike Scioscia and Nationals' manager Frank Robinson get one-game suspensions, and they've also been fined undisclosed amounts for screaming at each other after Robinson had umpires inspect Donnelly's glove.Donnelly was ejected without throwing a pitch. Scioscia and Robinson then argued. Both benches emptied and several players pushed and shoved each other.Donnelly and Robinson are appealing their suspensions.
