Had a rocky start to the season but has reverted to type since. He isn't had enough save opps but that's hardly his fault.

I was concerned about Alvarez. On the 6 o’clock news on channel 7, they showed him being hit on the hand by a Lindor practice swing. But i guess he wasn’t injured.

Alvarez was hit last night by a Mauricio swing when he wandered too close to the on-deck circle.  He stayed in the game and immediately hit a double.

Catching pop ups with two hands is a thing of the past in MLB, with few exceptions.  Playing ground balls off to the side, rather than getting in front of them (when possible) also appears to be fading from MLB too.  It drives on old, "old school" guy like me crazy.

Lindor generally uses two hands though.
