Oneil Cruz: Over-ran a ball in the outfield and then just turned and watched it roll to the fence as Sam Haggerty circled the bases.



Yeah, that last one might not be heat related, but I'm trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

That reminds me of when the Mets made their first visit to the new Busch Stadium. The temperature on the field was over 120 degrees, and Casey Stengel said, This place holds the heat very well".

I love O'Neil Cruz. It was tough to stay healthy as a 6'8 shortstop and he looks good in CF. He has a similar skill set to Elly De La Cruz and maybe the numbers will follow



As a kid I enjoyed watching the Mets at Forbes Field, Crosley with the uphill outfield and such
