They didn't specify where, but I see Keith as more of a 'Low Country' Charleston-area guy rather than either inland or further north towards Myrtle Beach.

Kiahwa Island most likely, or maybe Hilton Head. Even in his younger days I think M.B. would be too loud for Keithy.
