He's young and proud of his control. Kids think you have to throw every pitch for a strike. And the batters can see that. He'll learn.

The consensus around the Mets Roster Central water cooler is that Dedniel is getting shipped out, and the Mets sent him out for a a second inning last night largely thinking that needed to burn him before losing him.



Only disagreement is whether he's got to going through a DFA hole. We don't have a majority opinion on the matter but some options include:
