What is this deal with them picking up Triple-A pitchers who have been awful in the majors, then soon promoting them to the majors? This guy will be no different. Vinny Nattoli is a good recent example. Prior examples include Yacabonis and Edwin Uceta were other examples.

Garrett's minor league numbers the past 2 years suggest he is at least worth having at Syracuse. If he can do more than that, great.
