Lazy The Athletic Question

Is The Athletic now included with a NY Times online subscription or does it

just know when I'm signed on to NYT that I'm an TA subscriber.



If not the latter, I'm double paying and need to fix that.

NYT keeps sending me offers , and yes The Athletic is included now

I only pay $4 per month for the NYT. They keep raising it and I sit on

the phone for twenty minutes with 1-2 people and they eventually cave

and give me back my $1 per week for another year.



I'm paying TA around $6/month so I'll have to cancel that.

Yeah, I have a free NYT sub thanks to The Athletic, but IIRC it's for 6 months. I didn't know The Athletic was offered free as part of NYT. Which is cheaper?

I just renewed my Athletic subscription for one year at $1.00/month. It lapsed about a month ago and I didn't renew right away, out of laziness more than anything else, and the renewal offers kept on getting lower and lower and lower.



Sometimes, laziness pays off.

My current offer from the NYT is $1 a week billed monthly, that includes The Athletic, plus other stuff.... I'm paying $1 a month for The Athletic, they practically give it away just to keep you
