Terrific job striking out the side, all looking, in the first, as their leadoff batter tried to steal his way around the bags.

I'm kinda tired of the shot, following a terrific effort resulting in a close play, cutting to the bench coach picking up the phone to talk to his replay specialist while the manager stares at him.

Fortunately, they spared us during that terrific play by Lindor in the hole.

As did i.

That's OK. I'd love to say that this means I am most qualified to join the Mets booth, but it turns out that the artist on "I Got the Power" was Snap.

Deep shame.

What I know about C&C Music Factory is that there was a group called C&C Music Factory. Don't know anything by them, but was vaguely aware of their existence.

I've never heard of SNAP.

Walker is something else today.

I always conflate the Snap with C+C Music Factory and know Freedom Williams sang in one of their songs but couldn't tell you which song, or with which group ... that said, I know the song, whatever it is, by heart

Ridiculous shift on Escobar's last pitch looking. If you can't bunt the ball

to an entirely vacated section of the infield you have no business making

millions playing baseball. Not anti-shift, I'm anti-stupidity.

Wait a micron. I get up to piss, and the Marlins get a baserunner? Wtf?

Walked Chisholm on four pitches. Either a sign he was losing it, or else he was afraid of Jazz, which I don't think he was.

Got through that inning which had the potential to make this whole game go to shit in a slow motion hurry.

Be nice to tack on a couple here.
