The New York Mets acquired outfielder Daniel Johnson from the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday for cash.

They will be sending him to Syracuse.

He has shown flashes of speed and power in the minors.

Maybe this has to do with McNeil hitting the wall today and being taken out of the game.
