G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 The Mets have signed Brian Dozier, per DiComo.
bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2020 Posted July 22, 2020 The Mets have signed their 3rd member of the 2019 World Champion (getting nauseous) Washington Nationals (blergh!!!) as Brian Dozier is now with the team:https://www.baseball-reference.com/playhttps://www.baseball-reference.com/play ... br01.shtmlHe was out-of-favor by the post-season as shown by his 1 AB in both the NLCS and WS. Look at those years with the Twins! He hit 20 HR last year and had a positive WAR.(Strickland and the departed Matt Adams, who hit a walk-off HR for ATL last night and then was high-fived by someone in an "Alonso" jersey, are the other two.)
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 Dozier's 42 Homers in 2016 feel like a long time ago, but if Cano goes down this is a nice insurance policy. A good get
Johnny Lunchbucket Old-Timey Member Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 Prolly better than Beckham, I guess
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 I like the aggressiveness on the periphery that Brodie is showing.
