His greatest legacy -- beyond his one home run and one appearance at third base -- was his inclusion in the trade that brought 1969 world champ Don Cardwell to New York following the 1966 season, a campaign the entirety of which he spent in Jacksonville alongside the likes of Seaver, Harrelson, Boswell and two McGraws.
