Just got the official MLB All-Star Ballot in my email and Pete Alonso is not on it.

And I didn't see a place for a write-in or comments.

Where do we protest?

How do we protest?

Where can we buy torches and pitchforks?



So many questions.

This is the "runoff" portion. Alonso, like all the Mets, were on the "primary" ballot, which was in circulation for several weeks. He finished fifth, highest among Mets, but they only take the top three at each position. It's supposed to create excitement, or in the case of Mets fans, hostility.
