Not sure if there's already a current thread for MLBSes, but I have learned that one of the eminences of broadcast journalism has a well-placed "soft spot".

I know it's spring... and hope springs eternal... and it's a long season... BUT count me in as someone who believes the NY @Mets can continue to impress. I have family members who are diehard Mets fans, and I have a soft spot in my own heart for the Amazin's. #LetsGoMets
