The Lyons share involves 3 runs allowed. 5-1. Just enough time left in this game for a tease and then a loss. Unless they don't even want to tease us today.

That one off Wrights bat his last at bat...how did that not go out? Rice is greeted with a cheap pop single to right. Recker just got caught up in his own looks. Hold the game Rice. One run. Alls we need in one. Gdamned. run.
Al Jackson wore #15? Thats weird for a pitcher. I zipped over to the database to see if he ever wore another number with the Mets. He did, 38. I thought when he left the Mets in '65 that was it. I never knew that he saw some time on the mound with the 69 Mets.

They're looking like the 2013 Mets. Good ol' Murphy and Wright get something done:) Surprisingly we are only down by one.
Missed a bunch of this game last few. 6-1. Haven't missed much. Jeeze. SCORE SOME FRAKIN RUNS! Marcum only gives us 5.2? Booooo What was that?!! a run scoring. Hmm, timing.
I'm just gonna have to grind my teeth and bare it. I want to see what Valde can do in an extended look, and I feel he needs more time, so I'll go thu this >< Good old Muffy comes thu. 5-1
I'm still pulling for you Marcum. To eat up 5 more innings. The suckass Cubs have 5 runs and the way we've been hitting, I don't think we have a chance to win. And that's a low for me cuz I always feel we have a chance. It's baseball dagnabbitt!
