Gotta get the middle of the order involved in this game.

    Vientos hitting .375.
  6. Edgy MD
Man, don't throw him any more fastballs.

I like Nimmo more than Taylor in center. Didn't like the last plate appearance by Nimmo at all, though.
  8. Edgy MD
Chasing is the worst of the worst. I'll totally take that bet, by the way.
  9. Edgy MD
    Dang, Nimmo. Chasing junque.
  10. Edgy MD
Not seeing Pete chasing in that situation may be the most satisfying part of this rally so far. You do that, too, Nimmo.

    Shoe POWA!

Didn't see Third-Base Coach Sarbaugh helping Alonso at all on that shallow fly.
  16. Edgy MD
Yeah, that was a bad route by Marte, but that ball was clocked.

Houser's shirt is a markedly different shade from his britches.
  18. Edgy MD
Well, for one batter, Houser had his ERA under 7.00.

While Mets uniforms make sure to distinguish between J.D. Martinez and any other Martinezes who aren't in uniform or employed by the Mets at the moment, but might stumble into the building at any time. Impressive work so far by The Department of Housing.

    No, we're not.

I like curry, but it doesn't really go down right when you were expecting a cookie.
  22. Edgy MD
Go get 'em. Rep us well.
  23. Edgy MD
Indeed, but I totally stand by not firing every pitcher. I still target offensive philosophy as the culprit of the failings of our times.

I fear he did something unspeakable.

Closest comps are unfortunately reported to be Duran Duran and Sirhan Sirhan.
