Valadius Aug 03 2009 12:31 PM Has it really been five years? Good God, time really flies. Feels like yesterday. Growing up in northern New Jersey as pretty much the only Mets fan in my grade was tough. But some of my best memories of middle school and early high school are of sitting in my room, listening to the Mets game on the radio, with Bob Murphy and Gary Cohen. There hasn't been a broadcasting team up to their level since Bob Murphy died. I really miss him.
