I'm not saying he's worse than Willie or Jerry in this regard, but the cumulative effect has worn me down to the nub. And when he brings in FRod to finish games, even in NON-SAVE SITUATIONS, while scrupulously avoiding him in the high-leverage late-game situations when the game is really on the line, i want to rip my teeth out of my head. In terms of his disposition, i've got no problem with it so far. If he can manage this entire season without actually punching one of these **********s in the face, i'll say he will have shown incredible restraint. I would like him a whole lot better if he pulled a reverse Lenny Randle and actually tried to choke willie harris to death. you're on fire today...maybe Collins can reach in and rip Dunst's larynx out.
  3. Factor in the idea that Boston basically wanted nowt to do with him.

  5. I wish HoJo were here to blame him , don't even remember the new guys name.
  6. Jason Bay = waster. Maybe he still thinks he's a Pirate. Amazin Avenue just posted this article about Bay More on Jason Bay's Declining Performance: wOBA and Whiffs per Swing http://www.amazinavenue.com/2011/6/2/2201032/whats-up-with-jason-bay a lot of this went over my head but I think it adds up to Bay = waster
  7. Jason Bay = waster.

They're really an exciting young team with a good amount of potential. The only problem is the lack of money means they don't have much depth; if any of their good young outfielders or talented young pitchers get hurt, there's nobody there to replace them. By the time he's coming into his own as a fan, he'll be proud to wear the hat to school. (Oh, wait. You mean the Mets. Nah, they're hopeless.) Ha! luckily CF has the kiddie filed to play in.
  9. I think Willets is there today with his son, what do you tell the kid about this debacle of a squad?
  10. It'll be funny soon how every ball for the Pirates falls in......fucks sake
  11. Twitter exchange HaleMark Windy day here. Tons of debris already in left field. #mets DavidWaldstein You referring to the $66 M left fielder?
  12. If it means anything the players laud him for his communication with them , how longs that lasts?, fuck the players I say.
  13. Agree with above posts , to be even competitive with the players he's putting out there nightly is doing good I think. Im running out of ideas here. probably not the best ting to say.
  14. How many extra inning game have they played?

So what turns a career (6 years 2004-2009) .238 hitter who averaged 10 HRs and 35 RBI into the next Albert Pujos? I don't know about "the next Albert Pujols," because being the best over the last 12 months hardly guarnatees a sustained decade of awesome, but my first guess would be copious amounts of phamaceuticals, but the Washington Post says it's a swing change. good article , seems like a decent sort. slugging a major-league-leading 20 homers (through Monday), but combining it with a .356 batting average, .502 on-base percentage and .791 slugging percentage. Those are Babe Ruth numbers, circa 1927. Barry Bonds numbers, circa 2003. MLB should be celebrating this guy come the ASG.
  16. for the second straight inning the Pirates bat around - Cohen....fuck skae
  17. I'd eat chips out of her nickers.

  19. Oh I don't know Ron why things went so bad so quickly, maybe though it's because it's a shit team?
  20. Tejada with a dying quail? that plates two.
  21. Bay showing why he's an excellent defensive replacement.

  23. it's all very simple, when the time comes don't buy the newspapers , don't tune to any local stations. I've become great at this.
  24. I assume he's talking about Texaria to the Braves from the Rangers and that package? http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/t/teixema01.shtml
  25. Here's what I don't get........answers like this, why do the fucking chat man? Comment From Ron Davis I beleive in 2012 the Mets need a younger and better pitching coach then Dan Wartham . I do not like how he coaches 12:37 Andy McCullough: You can always write a letter to the organization, I suppose. yeah it's not the best observation by Ron Davis but come the fuck on.
