    Personally, I'd like to just see a rookie-first-start instead of one of these bullpen games. Especially after losing 9 of the last 10. Might just be the spark to reverse the course. (Of course the bullpen will probably throw a four-pitcher no-no)

    Generally, an acquiring team these days will insist on manufacturer certified pre-owned (CPO) that has been rigorously inspected and reconditioned and meets specific criteria allowing extended selling- team-backed warranty and other benefits. Things have become quite complicated these days.
