    Scouting Report

Carson Wiggins is the younger brother of Jaxon Wiggins, the 68th overall pick in the 2023 draft (Cubs) who is now emerging as a T100 prospect. Carson has followed an eerily similar path to his brother in amateur baseball; an elite arm we see little of due to injury. Wiggins the younger (eligible as a sophomore) had internal brace surgery in May of 2025 and despite being ready to appear down the stretch for the Razorbacks, did not make an appearance in 2026. His fastball will sit at 98 mph, but has grabbed 101 mph. There’s a chase inducing slider with a ton of depth, and a sparsely used changeup in the mix, too. Wiggins managed 14 IP as a freshman, with a 2.98 FIP, 33.9 K%, and 15.3 BB%, I’d expect the pro journey to be similar to Jaxon’s - strike throwing concerns with elite arm talent and upside.
