Apparently he's still the only Arab-American to play in the big leagues.

His Wikipedia page says he coaches at his alma mater and drives a cab in Tucson, although who knows how up to date that is. I checked the school's football and baseball pages and Sammy wasn't listed with either coaching staff.

Baseball brawls are generally just a lot of macho posturing. However, if a serious one broke out involving Kevin Mitchell, I would surely have wanted him on my team. That was one bad man.
