Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Dodgers got one back but then left two more on base when a 2-out fly died on the track in straight-away CF
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 2, 2016 Author Posted October 2, 2016 Dammit, Dodgers. Show some heart.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Muffy PH-ing in Washington ... kind of a big deal for two reasons1) it's his first AB in two weeks, been resting his sore But-Tox (as Forest Gump would say)2) if he gets a hit it puts him in the lead for the NL batting title as DJ Lemahieu sitting out 'protecting' his lead... And he flies out after roping one foul down the RF line!!
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted October 2, 2016 Author Posted October 2, 2016 Bastardo trying to unredeem himself for the Pirates.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Tigers getting shut out by Teheran and the Braves, 1-0 in the 7thOf course they not only have to come back in that game but also hope one of Balt or TOR lose and both now are winning. Blue Jays' Aaron Sanchez is no-hitting the BoSox

ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 I think we are kinda staring at Madison Bumgarner in the face right now.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 And the Braves close out Turner Field with a 1-0 shutout that knocks a team out of the playoffs that isn't even in their league.Kind of weird. Also kind of weird is that they close out twenty years there with [u:25kdt4hq]10 Division Titles[/u:25kdt4hq] but only one WS appearance and zero WS games won.8-1 Giants, end of 8Gonna listen to one more inning of Vin.
