Edgy MD Site Manager Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 I've got a NASCAR name and an MLB game. I'm Raywilly Gomez, and I've gone 2-4 this spring. That's not a lot of PT, but I got an invite so I get a Soothsaying thread. Jeff Glenn didn't get no invite.I'm New York City born and bred, and I'd like to head back home to make my bed, if you get my drift. A lot has to break right (or wrong) for that to happen. I'm fully aware, but I'm a hustler.Interesting Raywilly Gomez fact: I was once traded for Ronny Cedeño, who was totally not a hustler. The Phillies totally traded up in the hustle category. What does that mean in nickels and dimes for my 2016 season. Only YOU know. Won't you enlighten us?'
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted March 30, 2016 Posted March 30, 2016 Switch hitting catcher/ designated hitter/ third baseman.BA in the minors around .285 with little power.Throw-em-out percent in the minors 26%.I don't think he plays in the majors this year, but is a versatile candidate for Las Vegas. It will be his first stop at AAA.Later
Guest d'Kong76 Guests Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 More likely he'll get NASCAR pit duty than see action in MLB in 2016.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 Gets called up when there's a roster crunch due to an injury but back down before seeing any action. Issued No. 11. Doesn;t get recalled in September and that's that for Raywilly.
