The Mets new MLBPA rep, the job almost nobody wants and, if recent history indicates anything, typically goes to pre-arbitration players barely established in the bigs, is... Matt F. Harvey.

Great job by Kristie Ackert getting a money quote of, "He is not afraid to say what he thinks," from a player who didn't want to be quoted by name.

Somebody write to him about the first responder hats NOW!!!!
